Role Summary: The Assistant Controller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the company’s financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This individual will lead financial operations, continue to streamline workflows, manage costing and billing functions, automate manual tasks, and improve business intelligence across departments. The role includes implementing policy, procedural, and technological improvements while supporting strategic financial planning. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in complex, multi-faceted business operations. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of all accounting functions and is comfortable collaborating across departments to drive financial transparency and performance.
