About the role The Jr. Controller is responsible for supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. Integral leader in finance & controlling activities, with heavy business partnering ability and will routinely interface with Operations and Sales teams to help monitor, push, forecast and challenge day-to-day operations that influence Revenue, Working Capital, Forecasting.

Requirements

Proficient MS Office, incl. Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent understanding of integrated ERP, preferably D365
5+ years of experience in Controlling
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration

Responsibilities

Support LE Finance Head to monitor and control and report business performance
Understands operations and can translate and anticipate financial outcomes
Familiar with Over Time and Point in Time revenue recognition methods
Analyses and closes deviations between Actual, RFC and budget including analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained
Identifies areas for cost process improvement initiatives
Assesses financial contracts from a cost and risk perspective
Ensures adherence to cost calculation standards in pre-calculations
Support LE Finance Head to establish meaningful KPIs and manages tracking and monitoring process
Supports Balance Sheet review process, including Fixed Asset, WIP and inventory analysis, leading cycle counting
Plays an integral part in both internal and external audit preparedness and support
