About The Position
The purpose of the Assistant Controller position is to perform general accounting, grant accounting, treasury operations, and financial analysis functions within the Business Operations division; and provide administrative support to the Controller and Vice President of Administrative Services. This position will also meet all the legal, reporting and accountability requirements of a public community college in the state of Iowa. This position is a full-time position (261 day contract) with an annual starting salary of $80,000. The Assistant Controller will be assigned to the West Burlington campus. In addition, the individual in this position will actively promote a positive image for the college district. The Assistant Controller will abide by the employment contract and relevant policies and guidelines of the Board of Trustees.
