About The Position
This position is responsible for directly supporting the VP /Controller in conducting all accounting and reporting activities. These activities will be done with timeliness and accuracy to ensure control of the organization's financial resources, ensure that it complies with all relevant accounting principles and provides exceptional decision support to senior management. The Assistant Controller / Director of Accounting will be responsible for supervising the monthly accounting close, including all related activities of the operating divisions, preparing consolidated financial statements, and completing month end and year end reporting packages.
