About The Position

Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework. ᅟ Department PCC Marketing - Ecommerce Position Scope Blog writing and publishing, editing and proofing copy including SEO copy and meta-tags Assist as needed for other marketing assets (i.e., gate handout, restaurant menus and PCC dining venues) and channels (i.e., GoHawaii, Wikipedia, etc.). Maintain a calendar for digital copy needs, edits and blog posts. Keeps PCC App schedules, beacons and other content up to date and working properly.

Requirements

• Ability to write clear customer facing copy.
• General familiarity with the Polynesian Cultural Center and its mission.
• Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively.
• Understand basic technology and to communicate clearly with developers of the technology.
• Attentive to minute details and accuracy while working under strict deadlines.
• Ability to comprehend customers desires and concerns and translate into meaningful tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must attach resume, portfolio, and current semester class schedule (weekly view).
• Must exemplify the university Honor Code, including the Dress and Grooming Principles and Expectations
