About the position
Belle's Secrets LLC is seeking a creative and organized Assistant/Content Creator to join their team in Conyers, GA. This full-time position involves content creation across various platforms, managing schedules, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Create content via Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with pulling, packing, and fulfilling orders
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Help create ads (Google, TikTok, Instagram, etc)
Requirements
- 1 year of content creation experience
- 1 year of writing skills experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliability and honesty
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in French
