AECOM Hunt is looking for talented Assistant Construction Project Managers to join our project team in Jacksonville, FL. Assists the Project Management team with management administration construction project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks. Receive moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor. Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training. Employee handles some unusual situations independently. Works closely with Digital Technology team and may use modelling software. Interacts with Superintendents to address project questions/issues. Assists with and monitors change orders. May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting. Reviews project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract. Works with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate. Attends meetings and reports on project tasks as needed. May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies.
