We’re hiring an Assistant Construction Project Manager and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Assistant Construction Project Manager will focus on project management, communication and coordination, site evaluations and quality control, and financial and resource management.

  • Manages the direction of construction projects.
  • Supports the development of project guidelines.
  • Initiates communication with clients, contracts, and or vendors.
  • Maintains schedules for construction crews to ensure all projects are adequately staffed.
  • Evaluates job sites to ensure inspection standards are achieved.
  • Assists with contract proposals, development, and approval.
  • Oversees construction progress to determine the status of completion.
  • Reviews inventory, and financial statements to ensure cost containment.
  • Evaluates machinery, tools or other resources to coordinate maintenance, and repairs.
  • Directly work with Construction Project Manger to ensure EquipmentShare’s locations are designed effectively per a quarterly audit of Standard Criteria Plans
  • Must have the ability to be hands-on at your construction sites
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, project management software and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time and some overnight travel will be required.
  • At least 2 years experience in the construction industry
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and be able to work in the United States
