About The Position

AECOM Hunt has an exciting high-rise hospitality project in Northern California! Duties: Under moderate supervision assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks. Under moderate supervision works toward objectives set by supervisor. Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training. Employee handles situations independently. May work closely with BIM team and use modelling software. Works with Superintendents to address project questions/issues. Assists with and monitors change orders. May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting. Reviews project costs and schedules ensuring completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract. Works with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate. Attends meetings and reports on project tasks as needed. May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies. Requirements

  • BA/BS Engineering/Construction Project Management or related curriculum and 2 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience in core and shell construction.
  • Experience in high rise construction and structural construction.
  • Experience in ground up commercial construction.
  • Proficiency with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, proposals, change order management, etc.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as CMiC, Procore, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience working on construction projects in excess of 300MM.
  • Hospitality, casino, hotel, high rise construction experience strongly preferred.
