Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year leadership experience, promote a cooperative work climate, maximize productivity and morale, has exceptional attention to detail and is committed to always providing a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Organizing the operations at a given stand location to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere to all nonprofit groups, team members, and guests; Ensuring the POS the system is functioning properly and taking acton to resolve difficulties when necessary; Making sure all product counts are verified before, during and after events; ensuring proper product control and handling inventory and equipment, and following cash handling policies and food safety/ sanitation guidelines; Capability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs; and most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER with a positive, friendly attitude.
