Assist the Concept Manager in overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, associate retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, Safety Program, Union Agreements compliance (for CBA locations) cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food and Beverage standards and company (and Brands) policies and procedures. This position will mainly, but not exclusively, support FOH operations.
