The position involves assisting in the management of the property in accordance with CSM policy and procedures as described in SOP manuals. This includes the administration of leasing procedures to meet or exceed the budget established for the property by achieving occupancy and rental rate goals. Responsibilities also include the prompt collection of rent, initiating the Unlawful Detainer process when necessary, and ensuring inspections of each unit during check-in and check-out to protect the owners' assets. The role supports the Community Manager in implementing operational changes based on property needs and ensures that a responsible person is available for building emergencies in the absence of the Community Manager. Participation in community activities and other assigned projects is also required.
