Rose Valley Management is looking to hire an Assistant Community Manager to join our team! JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Community Manager in the overall operation, and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-maintained Community. Works with Community Manager to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws; maintains acceptable and supportive environment for all residents. A Rose Valley Management Assistant Community Manager is a pivotal key to our success at each property. In this role, you must relate well to people, exercise good judgement and discretion in dealing with residents, visitors, vendors, and staff.
