The Assistant Community Manager will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at the community alongside the Community Manager. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be front-and-center to assist the Leasing team with marketing and resident relations, with a focus on keeping financial records accurate and managing business operations. You are also ready and willing to assist your Leasing team with showing apartments, provide resident service support, participate in resident retention efforts, and organize and participate in community events. You will be responsible for also effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community. The Community Manager is your direct leader, and you will fill in when needed to ensure that your team is motivated, having fun, and keeping the residents as happy as can be!
