About The Position
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 564-unit apartment community conveniently located near Beltway 8, 59, 610, and I-10, The Galleria, and Memorial City Mall in Houston! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- Must have two years of property management experience.
- One year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
