Your Role: As an Assistant Community Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting the Community Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll help maintain high occupancy, provide top-notch resident services, and assist with financial and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of property management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Manager in overseeing property operations
  • Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
  • Handle rent collections and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
  • Help coordinate maintenance and vendor services
  • Contribute to marketing and community engagement initiatives
