Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (leadership a plus)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata or similar software experience a plus
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude with leadership potential
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Help manage financial performance and meet delinquency goals
- Drive occupancy through effective marketing and leasing strategies
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and rent roll updates
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence
