About The Position

As an Assistant Community Manager at Mission at La Villita, a 360-unit community located at 635 East Royal Lane Irving, TX 75039, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, driving occupancy, and ensuring an exceptional resident experience. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, service-driven individual eager for growth within a high-performing team. The compensation for this position ranges from $23.00 to $24.50 per hour, based on experience, complemented by monthly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in multifamily housing
  • Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills
  • Positive, professional, and confident communication style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance
  • Greet and engage prospects and residents, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Conduct apartment tours, identify needs, overcome objections, and close leases
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies
  • Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
  • Collect and post rent, assist with delinquency management, and support eviction processes as needed
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and operational support for the community
  • Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Support occupancy goals and overall community performance
