Under the immediate supervision of the Regional Manager and the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community. This role involves maximizing rental revenue, leading and supervising a team, managing the apartment turnover process, understanding site leasing trends, ensuring high standards for sales and leasing models, improving Net Operating Income through revenue maximization and expense controls, recommending rent and fee changes, reviewing financial statements, processing accounts payable, administering tenant leases, preparing annual budgets, performing property inspections, and supervising third-party vendors.
