What Youll Earn & Enjoy Starting at $22 per hour (based on experience) Leasing commissions and performance incentives 120 hours of PTO to start Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Clear path to Community Manager advancement What Youll Do Drive leasing performance and help achieve occupancy goals Support lease-up strategy, outreach marketing, and traffic generation Assist the Community Manager with daily operations and team support Process applications, renewals, and resident files accurately Provide exceptional resident experience and retention support Monitor reports, collections, and delinquency Ensure Fair Housing and company compliance standards are upheld Step in to lead the office in the Community Managers absence What Were Looking For Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required Strong closing skills and proven sales performance Lease-up experience highly preferred Ready to grow into a leadership role Organized, detail-oriented, and financially aware Experience with Entrata preferred Comfortable working Saturdays as scheduled Professional presence with strong communication skills Why The Linden? Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
- Strong closing skills and proven sales performance

- Comfortable working Saturdays as scheduled
- Professional presence with strong communication skills
