About The Position

The Dartmouth Group is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for its condominium community in East Boston.   Work hours are Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm EST.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1+ year of front desk, office administrative and customer service experience.
  • Professional communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Custoemr service driven and team oriented.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive, takes the initiative, ability to prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Sit at the front desk.
  • Meet and greet guests, visitors, and contractors.
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction.
  • Research and respond to inquires in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Receive, log, sort, store, retrieve, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Issue key FOBS and garage access.
  • Conduct walk throughs to ensure lobby space and common areas and clean and clutter free.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance contractors and vendors onsite.
  • Oversee third part Concierge team to provide 24/7 concierge services.
  • Coordinate homeowner and resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Manage all email notifications and correspondence to homeowners.
  • Other duties as assigned.
