About The Position

We are an established property management company seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a beautifully maintained 542-unit apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you will partner closely with the Community Manager to oversee all facets of day-to-day operations from leasing and marketing to resident relations, administration, and financial management. You'll play a key role in creating a community our residents are proud to call home.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a results-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
  • Professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed expectations
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach

Nice To Haves

  • Bookkeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Manager across all phases of property operations and general administration
  • Actively market the community and maintain high occupancy of qualified residents
  • Assist with billing, accounting, and financial reporting duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with residents
  • Help coordinate maintenance activities and ensure the property is well-maintained
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming community environment
