Requirements

Polished, engaging, and energetic

Current or previous multifamily property management experience
Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or former Leasing Manager
Understand the importance of maintenance operations
Understand landlord tenant law
Understand fair employment and housing laws
Computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

A little experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
Yardi Voyager experience
A college degree
