This role serves as a key point of contact for residents and team members, helping ensure the community operates efficiently while delivering a high-quality living experience. This position is designed to build foundational leadership and operational experience for future advancement within property management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or leasing
  • At least 1 year of on-site leasing experience preferred
  • Experience with Class A or luxury multifamily communities or lease-ups preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for the purpose of routine outreach marketing and shopping comps; mileage reimbursement will be provided at IRS current rate.
  • Strong customer service and resident-relations skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi property management software preferred
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Manager with daily operational and administrative activities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs
  • Assist with rent collections, financial reporting, and budget tracking
  • Support leasing efforts, including tours, application processing, and lease documentation
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and resident communication
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely service requests and quality standards
  • Assist with vendor coordination and service follow-up
  • Help prepare operational, financial, and compliance reports
  • Support community events and resident engagement initiatives
