Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily property leasing experience
  • Leasing and resident relations experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written communication skills (notices, correspondence, reports)
