Key Property Services is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee two apartment communities in Vancouver, WA. This role involves managing the operations of properties, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leasing, renovations, and experience with tax credit and Section 8 housing.

  • Supervise all property personnel and manage overall operations of the apartment communities.
  • Perform administrative duties and ensure adherence to all Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and address their needs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the leasing process and support renovation projects.
  • 2 years of previous experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Current real estate license is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with tax credit and Section 8 housing.
  • Experience in property management and leasing.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
