About The Position

As a Ranger at RangeWater, you will support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. This includes completing accounting and reporting tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management system to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the property. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the company’s performance and help RangeWater remain a leader in Multi-Family Real Estate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background preferred.
  • Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
  • Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or One Site).
  • Current Valid Driver's License.

  • Experience in property management.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community.
  • Review and submit invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property.
  • Conduct property tours and provide updates on property’s performance to clients.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by establishing and maintaining relationships with residents and co-workers.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appearance of the property.
  • Act as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals.
