About The Position
The Assistant Community Manager co-leads the day-to-day operations of an assigned community including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the community to achieve established budgeted financial & operational goals. The Assistant Community Manager will assist to ensure that the operation of the community complies with CS Living policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
