About The Position
The Assistant Community Manager at Cambridge Oaks Apartments is responsible for the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. This role involves managing various aspects of property operations, including sales, pricing, collections, administration, resident services, and maintenance. The Assistant Community Manager ensures successful leasing of apartments and adherence to community policies during the application process. This position requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, and involves supervising onsite staff in the absence of the Community Manager.
