About The Position
As an Assistant Community Manager at Conifer Realty, you will play a vital role in the operations of the leasing office at Cold Spring Lane Apartments in Baltimore, MD. This newly created position requires a dedicated individual who will support the Community Manager in managing a community of 163 units. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the property, including marketing and leasing apartments, maintaining positive relationships with residents and the public, and ensuring compliance with various programs. You will be involved in qualifying new tenants, providing tours of the community, and managing the details of move-ins according to established inspection checklists. Additionally, you will handle maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and work collaboratively with the community team and key partners in Maintenance, Compliance, and Property Management. Your daily activities will include assisting the Community Manager in overseeing the leasing process, ensuring that all aspects of apartment turnovers and leasing are executed efficiently. You will also be responsible for assisting with move-outs and actively seeking new residents once current residents choose to leave. This position requires excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, as well as strong customer service abilities to effectively interact with team members, residents, prospective residents, housing authority representatives, and visitors.
