Responsibilities include overseeing property management functions, assisting with lease agreements, ensuring timely rent payments, and coordinating resident events. This role requires at least three years of property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (ResMan experience preferred). The position involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
