Assistant Community Construction Manager

We’ll give you the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor the final phases of building our customer’s new home. As a team member of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded. You will manage the homebuilding process from receipt of the building permit to closing of the sale and ensure building code, environmental, safety compliance and quality specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
- Strong communication and people skills
- Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
