About The Position
Located in the heart of South Loop, the State Place Condominium Association is a well-regarded community with over 240 units. The association prides itself on its excellent reputation among both owners and employees. The amenities offered include 24-hour door staff, a dedicated maintenance team, a designated receiving room, onsite parking, a bike room, a party room, a pool, a sundeck, and even a dog run. The management office consists of a full-time onsite community association manager and a full-time onsite assistant community association manager. The assistant community association manager will play a crucial role in supporting the management of this multi-million dollar property. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with a strong background in managing significant capital projects, supervising union staff, and budgeting. The assistant manager is expected to be proactive in their approach, anticipating the needs of the board and committees as they work to enhance and maintain the property. An Illinois Community Association Manager's License (CAM) is a requirement for this position, ensuring that the candidate is well-versed in the regulations and best practices of community management.
