The assistant community association manager will play a crucial role in supporting the management of this multi-million dollar property. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with a strong background in managing significant capital projects, supervising union staff, and budgeting. The assistant manager is expected to be proactive in their approach, anticipating the needs of the board and committees as they work to enhance and maintain the property.
