Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of business experience, preferably in CPG, retail, agency, or consumer goods, with a passion and interest in sales, customer development, shopper marketing or trade/sales planning.
  • Analytics aptitude and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to learn new data platforms and analyses data and develop compelling brand performance scenarios.
  • Strong organizational skills, specifically project management, budget tracking, and influencing cross-functional team deliverables are met.
  • Proven relationship-building skills to influence growth and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Manager to shape channel and customer strategies including pricing, assortment, shelving, and promotional tactics to maximize market impact and share growth.
  • Implement the sales strategy “4Ps” and customer marketing planning and tactical execution.
  • Lead day-to-day management of shopper marketing programs, including post-event analysis
  • Lead project management for commercial innovation initiatives such as customer-specific packs, displays, etc. ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Partner with category management team, brand marketing and sales to deliver impactful presentations, including line reviews, innovation roadshows, and planogram optimization supported by omnichannel market analysis.
  • Help manage samples and ensuring sales team has what they need to sell to our retail partners.
