Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Minimum 1 year in coffee shop management required
  • Experience leading both Front of House and Back of House teams in a full-service environment; fast-casual background a plus
  • Strong operational acumen with a sharp focus on food quality and safety
  • Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational demands
  • High School Diploma required; additional education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
  • Maintain exceptional food standards and sanitation compliance
  • Control labor, inventory, and cost metrics
  • Train, coach, and elevate team performance
  • Ensure systems and processes run smoothly
  • Support forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance
  • Troubleshoot fast and lead with composure
