About The Position

The Assistant Cheerleading Coaches will support the head coach in leading the cheerleading team at Strongsville High School during the 2025-2026 school year. This part-time position involves coaching cheerleading activities in both the fall and winter seasons, ensuring the development of the team and promoting a positive environment for student-athletes.

Requirements

• Must possess a Pupil Activity Permit prior to the start of coaching.
• Completion of Coaches' Toolchest Courses is required.
• Clear BCI/FBI Background Check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in planning and executing cheerleading practices and events.
• Support the development of cheerleading skills among team members.
• Promote teamwork and sportsmanship within the cheerleading squad.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and events.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
