About The Position

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in high-intensity, functional training programs. Our mission is to deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts while fostering a supportive and motivating environment for both members and staff. Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic assistant coach to co-coach with our lead trainers. F45 coaches and trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an assistant coach, you join the team of full-time and part-time trainers & coaches, run group training sessions, small group personal & 1:1 training session.

Requirements

Zero experience is required, but must have one of the following; fitness background played sports exercise science degree personal training certification through a nationally recognized organization
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons
Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with members

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
Experience and understanding the importance of customer service
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

Lead F45 group training, small group & 1:1 personal training session with another trainer.
Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times, and offering modifications as needed.
Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45.
Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals.
With support from another Trainer conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
Focus retention training with support from your sales Manager.
Help your Trainers setup the studio for specific functional training classes.
Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.
Participate in weekly trainer development + F45 Athletics meetings.
Attend monthly Team meeting.
Upskill members form & progression.
Following opening and closing procedures
Conduct studio tours with your sales manager and/or trainers.
Help with front desk needs when necessary, training will take place prior to any requests.
