About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree at the time of application.
• Working knowledge of NCAA and Horizon League regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of running the Women's Soccer program.
• Provide technical expertise and coaching methods to improve student-athlete performance.
• Monitor student-athlete academics and provide support as needed.
• Plan and supervise in-season and out-of-season practice sessions.
• Secure team travel arrangements for games.
• Manage Purchase card transactions and balance statements according to University policy.
• Scout opponents and create meet entry line-ups for competitions.
• Assist in recruiting student-athletes in compliance with NCAA and Horizon League regulations.
• Participate in promotional and public relations events as directed.
• Assist in fundraising for the soccer program and attend related events.
• Engage in marketing and promotions to generate fan support.
• Maintain effective relationships with administration, faculty, staff, and student-athletes.
