Responsibilities
- Relentless commitment to raising academic achievement of all student-athletes
- Assit Head Coach to organize and attend all practices and contests
- Ability to motivate students
- Ability to individualize instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the public
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/evenings/weekends
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the athletic director that are sport or coaching related
