SUMMARY This position is a seasonal position with a stipend. The role of the assistant coach is to be responsible for coaching a varsity team, character development and providing direction to student-athletes so that they might achieve a higher level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. This job requires you to interact thoughtfully and respectfully with student-athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents and community and follow the mission of our school. Positive communication strategies, organizational skills, and safety awareness are key requirements. The Diocese of Orlando four core values lay the foundation for the work performed by employees. 1.
