About The Position

Phillips Academy seeks an Assistant Pitching Coach for the boys’ varsity baseball program for Spring 2026.   Working collaboratively with the varsity baseball head coach, responsibilities include developing individual skills, teamwork and sportsmanship among student-athletes with a focus on working directly with pitchers.  This assistant coaching role emphasizes skill development, arm health, competitive preparation, and alignment with the program’s overall philosophy and values. Experience playing and/or coaching baseball required and experience working with high school age students preferred.  Full background check required.   Commitment is (Monday- Saturday) from mid-March through third weekend of May.  Late afternoon practices (window of 3:15 p.m. – 6 p.m. and home/away games Wednesday afternoons as well as most Saturdays). No benefits.
