This role will be to assist the Head Coach with all phases of administering a Division I program. Responsible for assisting in administration, training, and operations in all facets of program planning, development and execution that is required of a top-level Division I women's soccer program. This role will report to the Head Coach for Women's Soccer and the Women's Soccer Sport Administrator. This role manages and oversees the daily operations of the program including planning and organizing team travel, home events, purchasing, facility coordination, monitoring the fueling station, team travel logistics, alumni relations, marketing and promotions. This role also assists in the coaching responsibilities on-field, recruitment of potential student-athletes, and recruit tracking. This position will also serve as the primary contact for team communication including Alumni Relations, and assist in media for each team including social media accounts and press releases.
