About The Position
The Assistant Coach for Men's Baseball at the College of the Holy Cross is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in all aspects of the baseball program. This includes instructing student-athletes on baseball skills, educating them on rules and NCAA requirements, and preparing the team for competition and practice. The role requires compliance with all relevant regulations and emphasizes the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.
