About The Position
Barstow Community College is seeking an Assistant Coach for Men's Baseball. The successful candidate will assist in the planning and execution of the baseball program, recruit competitive players, and direct conditioning, training, practice, and athletic performance of student/athlete team members. The role also involves maintaining team statistics and records, developing relationships with local high school baseball coaches, and ensuring compliance with college rules and policies as well as other regulatory agencies.
