The Assistant Men’s and Women’s Track/Cross Country Coach is responsible for assisting the head coaches of both the Men’s and Women’s Teams with all tasks related to program development with a specific focus on coaching and recruiting for the sprint/hurdle events. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of expertise in technical development of sprints athletes as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under the direction of two head coaches simultaneously. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, quality communication, and have a clear understanding of NCAA rules, applications, and philosophies. Duties will primarily be planning and running sprints practices but will also include recruiting, travel/meet organization, and other duties as assigned by the head coaches.
