About The Position

The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Henderson Hospital is responsible for the 24-hour management of assigned units, ensuring that patient care meets established standards. This role involves overseeing nursing operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a challenging and rewarding work environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current State of Nevada RN License.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in patient care services management.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
