Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred.
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance.
• Oversee recovery, utility, and Perishable departments as well as overnight prep.
• Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open.
• Assist in audit compliance efforts and drive collaboration with Business Partners.
• Oversee onboarding, certification, and training to ensure food safety and operational excellence.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed.
• Exhibit strong business acumen through strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Model leadership competencies and act as a champion for growth.
• Provide teams with the information, direction, and support needed to succeed.
• Foster collaboration, provide clear direction, and hold team members accountable.
• Set clear expectations, follow up consistently, and drive execution.
• Support team development through training, feedback, and on-the-job coaching.
• Promote strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, and inclusion.
• Ensure daily execution of GOLD Member Standards are met.
• Monitor Member engagement and department execution.
• Support team in resolving Member issues and delivering satisfaction.
• Oversee Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments during closing hours.
• Validate that registers remain open and perishable stations are attended.
• Monitor evening inventory levels, product rotation, culling, and merchandising execution.
• Confirm completion of daily cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
• Coach Recovery and Utility Clerks to ensure efficient task execution.
• Ensure all sanitation, cold chain, and safety checklists are completed daily.
• Identify and escalate issues with equipment to avoid disruptions in operations.
• Conduct quality and date checks on products.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
