Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred.
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance.
• Oversee recovery, utility, and perishable departments as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open.
• Assist in audit compliance efforts and drive collaboration with Business Partners.
• Oversee onboarding, certification, and training to ensure food safety and operational excellence.
• Support team development through training, feedback, and on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure daily execution of GOLD Member Standards are met.
• Monitor engagement levels and resolve Member concerns.
• Drive in-stock and freshness in perishable departments.
• Enforce sanitation standards and confirm completion of daily cleaning checklists.
• Utilize tools effectively to validate execution and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve closing routines and enhance member experience.
