Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • 1+ year of ABA experience , including direct client care.
  • Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train and support your development.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
  • Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
  • Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
  • Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
