Key Responsibilities: Report to and work directly with HSV Clinical Director Work with and when needed follow the direction of other HH-TOC Administrators Support the Clinical Director with day-to-day clinic operations across assigned orthopedic providers and staff Actively participate in HH-TOC Safety Committee Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for all new and established Huntsville Clinical staff Assist with staff evaluations and calculate rate adjustments for Huntsville Clinical Staff when assigned Assist in conducting regular Huntsville clinical staff meetings and communications Monitor Huntsville clinical staff’s compliance of HH-TOC policies and report/handle violations Be a patient and staff advocate and take initial complaints Assist and work with all HH-TOC staff to develop, implement, maintain efficient strategies and special projects Demonstrate hands on teaching and training in the clinical environment Attend necessary meetings and work with other HH-TOC managers and leadership At the direction of the HSV Clinical Director collaborate with HH Clinical Leadership and Department Management Assist with staff scheduling, clinic coverage, ETO/PTO tracking, and timekeeping reviews Manage Residents and Interns scheduling Assist physicians and HR in conducting employee management, including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating employees Assist in the clinic when needed Assist in maintaining on site employee records including days off, disciplinary actions, and various other employee documents in the HR system Coordinate necessary training and recertification needs Serve as a resource for clinical and administrative staff on workflows, including documentation, chart routing, orders, and task management Monitor patient flow, room utilization, and provider efficiency to minimize bottlenecks Assist in training and onboarding new clinical staff on TOC protocols, orthopedic workflows, and SystemedX navigation Maintain accuracy in patient documentation, encounter completion, order entry, and templated notes within SystemedX Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and HH-TOC clinical standards Assist with patient questions, service recovery, and escalation of concerns to appropriate leadership Participate in quality improvement initiatives, workflow redesign, and department performance reviews Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to support operational readiness for clinic Experience: High School diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required Certified MA or LPN preferred Hands-on clinical experience required Prior supervisor or management experience 1-2 years preferred Skills: Strong working knowledge of orthopedic clinical workflows, procedures, and terminology Ability to communicate effectively with HH-TOC physicians and staff Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Independent and highly motivated Exhibit initiative and self-discipline Proficient in scheduling modules, tasking, and reporting Outstanding communication, organizational, writing, and leadership support skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced orthopedic setting requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly Proven positive “teamwork” attitude and work history
